Is the screen recorder free, with no watermark?
Yes. There’s no sign-up, no time limit and no watermark. The video is made by your browser on your device and isn’t uploaded anywhere.
How do I record the sound too?
Leave Record sound from the screen ticked, then turn on audio in your browser’s share box. Chrome and Edge can share a tab’s sound, and on Windows the whole computer’s sound when you share the entire screen. On a Mac, browsers can share a tab’s sound only. Tick Record my microphone too to talk over the recording.
What format is the video?
Chrome, Edge and Safari save MP4. Firefox saves WebM, which plays in most browsers and in VLC. To turn a WebM into MP4, use our video converter.
Can I record my screen on a phone?
No. Phone browsers don’t let web pages record the screen. iPhone and Android both have a screen recorder built in: on iPhone it’s in Control Center, on Android in the quick settings panel.
Can I record my webcam at the same time?
Not in the same video here. To record yourself, use the webcam recorder.
