How to beautify a screenshot

  1. Take a screenshot, then paste it here with Ctrl+V (⌘V on a Mac). You can also drop the file or press Open a screenshot.
  2. Pick a gradient, a solid color or no background. Set the padding, the rounded corners and the shadow, and choose a window or browser frame or none.
  3. Choose Fit to keep the screenshot’s own shape, or 16:9, 1:1 or 4:5 for slides and social posts. Then press Copy image or Download PNG.

Tips for a clean screenshot

  • Crop first. A screenshot of just the part that matters reads better than a whole screen. Crop image helps.
  • Zoom the page before capturing so the text is big enough to read in a post.
  • Match the background to your brand or slide colors. The solid color takes any color code.
  • Hide personal details, such as email addresses and tabs, before you share. Blur image can cover them.
