How to convert PNG to PDF
- Drop your PNG files into the box or choose them. Each image becomes one page.
- Drag them into the order you want, then pick a Page size and Margin.
- Click Create PDF and the file downloads.
Good uses for PNG to PDF
Screenshots on most computers and phones are saved as PNG, so this is the quick way to turn a handful of them into one tidy file:
- A bug report or support ticket with every step in order.
- A how-to guide or a set of app screens for a client to sign off.
- Diagrams and charts exported from a drawing tool, sent as one document.
- Pages from a scanner app that saves PNG instead of PDF.
On A4 and Letter, wide screenshots get landscape pages and tall ones get portrait pages, so nothing is squeezed.
Keeping the file small
Each PNG goes into the PDF in full, so big PNGs make a big PDF. Screenshots of text and diagrams compress well and are best left as PNG. Photos saved as PNG are a different story: turn them into JPG first with PNG to JPG and the PDF shrinks a lot. Cropping away taskbars and empty edges also makes the pages smaller and easier to read.
