How to print a calendar
- Choose Month, Year on one page or 12 monthly pages, then pick the month and year (the arrows step through months).
- Set the first day of the week, the paper size and orientation, and tick week numbers if you use them.
- Click Download PDF to save it, or Print to send it straight to your printer.
Three layouts
- Month: one month on a page with large boxes to write in, good for a fridge, a desk or a family schedule. Landscape gives wider boxes; portrait gives taller ones.
- Year on one page: all twelve months in a grid, for planning holidays, school terms or project dates at a glance.
- 12 monthly pages: the month layout for every month of the year in one PDF, ready to print and staple or bind as a wall calendar.
Every page has light lines and plain black and grey text, so it prints cleanly on any printer and costs little ink.
A4 or Letter
A4 (210 × 297 mm) is the paper size used almost everywhere outside North America; Letter (8.5 × 11 inches) is standard in the United States and Canada. The two are close, but printing an A4 PDF on Letter paper or the other way round makes the printer shrink or crop it. Pick the paper you’ll print on and the margins stay even.
Calendar facts worth knowing
ISO week numbers matter for work in much of Europe, where deliveries, sprints and holidays are often planned by week. A year has 53 ISO weeks when it starts on a Thursday, or when it is a leap year starting on a Wednesday; 2026 is one of those years, with week 53 running from 28 December 2026 to 3 January 2027. To look up the week of any date, use the week number calculator.
